Refund and Returns Policy
Renix Global
Renix Global operates as a wholesale distribution platform serving registered dealers. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, including clearance and open box inventory, specific return conditions apply.
All Sales Policy
All scratch and dent, clearance, discounted, and open box merchandise is sold as-is. Once an order is placed and fulfilled, it is considered final and is not refundable.
Dealers are responsible for examining product information and disclosures regarding condition prior to final purchase.
Exchange (Within 7 Days)
If a product has a verified functional defect and cannot be remedied, an exchange may be requested within 7 days of receipt.
The following conditions must be met:
- Valid proof of purchase
- Product inspection and verification by Renix Global
- Confirmation of functional defect, not cosmetic condition
- Availability of comparable inventory
- Management approval
Exchanges are not approved for cosmetic imperfections, installation errors, misuse, or post-delivery damage.
Manufacturer Warranty
Brand-new appliances may come with a manufacturer’s warranty, usually lasting one to two years. Warranty details are shared at the time of purchase.
Scratch-and-dent, clearance, or open-box items do not include a warranty unless we clearly state it in writing when you buy them.
No Return Situations
Return or exchange requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Visible cosmetic damage acknowledged prior to purchase
- Improper installation by third parties
- Alteration, modification, or misuse of the product
- Damage occurring after delivery
Dealers are strongly encouraged to inspect all products upon receipt.
Reporting an Issue
If an issue arises, dealers must notify Renix Global promptly. To initiate a review, please provide:
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A copy of the invoice
- A brief written explanation of the concern
